Prime central London development The Broadley to launch for sale in Singapore
The property falls under price zone 1 of London’s public transport system, which covers the central spot of the metro. The Broadley is inside walking distance of three London Underground stations: Edgware Road, Marylebone and Paddington. Other notable stops, like Oxford Circus, Bond Street and Baker Street, are one stop apart.
All condos at the property development have a private balcony or patio and feature home appliances like a fridge, dish washer, and washing unit. Residents also have easy access to a 24-hour attendant service, a gym, a homeowners’ reception, a screening area, and a garden with play areas.
Features in the bordering spot consist of shops and eateries on Marylebone High Street. The Broadley is similarly close to different institutions and universities, as well as eco-friendly rooms such as Regent’s Park and Hyde Park.
According to Koh, The Broadley “ticks all packages for Singapore financiers seeking quality properties in global portal cities.” He includes: “Attractive prices, integrated with existing currency exchange rate and softer competition in the UK market, is producing timely prospects for global purchasers to return to the London market.”
The Broadley is a mutual business venture between London-based developer Mount Anvil and the Westminster City Council. The development belongs to Westminster’s GBP1.3 billion Church Street regrowth area that will most likely see new homes, retail and eco-friendly areas and public amenities. “The Church Street regeneration will cause a significant change and The Broadley is going to be the first to gain from it,” says Ruben Koh, top director and executive of worldwide residential sales at Savills Singapore.
Units at The Broadley comprise a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. According to Savills, costs for the units start from GBP599,000 ($ 1.03 million) for studios, from GBP731,000 for one-bedrooms, from GBP982,000 for two-bedrooms and from GBP1.86 million for three-bedrooms.
Units at The Broadley, a non commercial project in London’s Marylebone area, will be introduced for sale to Singapore buyers. The 215-unit property, that is being marketed by Savills Singapore, is a brand-new property that is assumed to get finished in 2029.
