Hilton to debut eight luxury and lifestyle hotel brands across Asia Pacific
International hospitality group Hilton is set to debut eight brand names under its luxury and lifestyle sector across several Asia Pacific (Apac) industry this year. In an April 27 announcement, the team stated beyond 15 openings are prepared for the zone under this segment in 2026.
The new hotels will contribute to Hilton’s existing profile of over 170 high-end and lifestyle resorts that are currently operational in Apac, bringing it closer to its target of exceeding 250 accommodations in the coming years.
2 of the brands making their debut are entirely new to the Apac area: NoMad and Signia by Hilton. In May 2025, Hilton was appointed by UOL Group to handle NoMad Hilton Singapore, a 173-key hotel at the past Faber House site around Orchard Road. According to UOL Group’s annual report published in very early April, the hotel is scheduled to open in the second half of 2026.
Meanwhile, Signia by Hilton Tainan, located in Taiwan, is a 344-key property readied to open up in July this year. The opening of NoMad Singapore and Signia by Hilton Tainan will deliver Hilton’s total presence in Apac to 16 brands– majority of its 27-brand profile.
“Asia Pacific remains an effective progress engine for Hilton, and this most recent surge of brand entries shows the strong demand we are observing from proprietors for distinguished, high-performing companies,” states Alan Watts, head of Hilton, Asia Pacific.
In Malaysia, Hilton will introduce the Waldorf Astoria and Conrad labels with two fresh real estates in Kuala Lumpur that are both set up to open up by the end of 2026. Meanwhile, Vietnam will certainly observe its first Tapestry Collection by Hilton with NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, assumed to open in August this year.
Beyond the label released, Hilton has also authorized a number of other brand-new properties across its deluxe and lifestyle brands this year. These consist of two new LXR Hotels & Resorts real estates in Japan’s Tokyo and Hakone Gora, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton lodging in Chiang Mai, and a Waldorf Astoria hotel in Goa, India.
Some other label debuts include Canopy, that will release its very first Southeast Asia real estate with the 174-room Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit. Elsewhere, Curio Collection by Hilton and LXR Hotels & Resorts are both slated to make their South Asian launches with estates in Bengaluru.
