Hilton Garden Inn expands in Apac with two new signings in Busan and Hyderabad
Positioned throughout a mixed-use project, the 96-room lodging consists of an all-day dining restaurant with a bar, and over 10,000 sq ft of meeting and function space. The real property is adjacent to Grade A workplace and retail outlets, with access to major downtown over the Outer Ring Road, a 158km-long expressway circling Hyderabad.
Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally is the city’s third Hilton lodging, after the currently started 115-key Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, and the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli. The latter will most likely come with 304 guestrooms and suites.
Noh Dae Hyun, chairperson of MS&C Co, says, “By leveraging Gijang’s natural environments and regional infrastructure, we aim to create a distinguished destination that incorporates hospitality, wellness and non commercial experiences.”
In India, the firm has associate with Fairmont Group, a realty firm stationed in the city, to present Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally. This is the company’s very first accommodation in Hyderabad.
In the coastal country of Gijang in Busan, Hilton confirmed a franchise agreement with South Korean F&B manufacturing company MS&C Co, to launch Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang.
The 111-key hotel will be aspect of a larger mixed-use project, and is well-positioned to gain from Busan’s developing account as a recreational, wellness and health care tourist hub, says Hilton. The city is targetting to welcome 100,000 international medical guests each year by 2030.
Hilton Garden Inn is the business’s upscale brand that offers inexpensive lodgings with elevated amenities. The label has around 40 trading hotels in Apac.
Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang will feature a all-day dining restaurant, coffee shop and lounge, health and fitness hub, swimming pool, spa and sauna amenities. It is near nearby amenities such as Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Lotte World Adventure Busan and Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets.
International hospitality giant Hilton has already introduced the finalizings of 2 new Hilton Garden Inn real estates across Asia Pacific (Apac)– in Busan, South Korea, and Hyderabad, India– that will both open in 2028.
The resort is South Korea’s second Hilton Garden Inn, with the first being a 208-key property in Gangnam, Seoul, that started in 2021. Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang are going to add to the firm’s 11 trading and pipeline hotels in South Korea.
