The Great Room workspaces to be rebranded as Industrious
Industrious strategies to broaden its Apac profile by greater than 50% over the next 12 months, involving the launching of three brand-new locations in Singapore this year. The pipeline is part of a wider international growth, with the business intending to open up over 60 brand-new locations worldwide in 2026.
The Great Room also currently runs 2 places in Sydney, Australia; two in Bangkok, Thailand; and one in Hong Kong.
Real estate under hospitality-led workplace provider The Great Room– covering Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney– will run under the Industrious company, effective July 1.
The Great Room presently runs seven places in Singapore, including workspaces at One George Road in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Road, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Road.
” At the core, The Great Room and Industrious share the same idea that work should feel human,” says Su Anne Mi, handling director for Industrious Apac and co-founder of The Great Room. “That approach is what defined The Great Room across Apac, and it continues under the Industrious brand name.”
The 3 brand-new areas slated to start in the city-state this year are at Keppel South Central on Hoe Chiang Roadway, Shaw Tower on Beach Road, and Stamford Place and Stamford Road.

” Creating a single global brand combines our group and participants around the primary values that have always defined us: premium hospitality, attractive design, and a real sense of belonging,” includes Gentry Long, president of Industrious.
The rebrand comes 4 years after US-headquartered Industrious– now a unit of CBRE– obtained homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE acquired complete control of Industrious in January 2025.
The action will merge Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) areas, previously operating under The Great Room, into its international network, the firm stated in a June 17 release.
