Three developments in Melbourne and Sydney to launch for sale in Singapore; prices from A$705,000

Cavallo is a flat tower along Clarke Street in Southbank, an inner-city suburban area just southern of Melbourne’s CBD. The 188-unit development offers one- to two-bedroom apartments evaluating from 603 to 1,227 sq ft.

The Kensington is 2 minutes away walking from Kensington Station, a stop on the L3 Kingsford Line on Sydney’s CBD and South East Light Rail connection. The real estate is also near major wellness and universities, comprising the University of New South Wales.

The 3 growths give Singapore purchasers a breadth of residential choices, noted Adrian Lim, senior director and chief of international non commercial sales at Savills Singapore. “Purchasers can consider not only the individual home, but also the type of neighbourhood and lifestyle that best matches their requirements.”

Cavallo is near to sites including the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, South Melbourne Market and Rod Laver Arena. It also gives beneficial connectivity to tertiary education and learning centres consisting of the College of Melbourne’s Southbank school, La Trobe University and Victoria University.

Savills Singapore will hold a launch event for the assignments at Voco Orchard Hotel from 2pm to 6pm on Sept 19 and 20.

Apartments at 3 new developments in Australia– Cavallo, Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington– are going to be released for sale to Singapore customers during the weekend of Sept 19 and 20, claimed Savills Singapore. Cavallo lies in Melbourne, whilst Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington reside in Sydney.
